Tipsē ("we", "us") is operated by Mikiware. This policy explains what information the Tipsē iOS app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Tipsē, you agree to this policy.
We do not collect or store any personal information on our own servers. Tipsē has no accounts, no logins, and no user profiles. We never ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
Stored only on your device: Your favorite games, saved player names, purchase status, and app install date are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted when you delete the app.
Collected by our advertising partner: Tipsē displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect:
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. We do not have access to it in a form that identifies you. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
When you first open Tipsē, iOS will ask whether you allow tracking across apps and websites.
You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Tipsē offers optional one-time purchases, including removing ads and unlocking additional prompt decks. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Your purchase status is saved locally on your device and can be restored at any time using the "Restore" button.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties other than Google AdMob as described above, and Apple for purchase processing.
Tipsē is rated 17+ and is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing to retain or delete on our end. Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the app. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
